Naturally, we hope that you will be satisfied with our products. You will feel the caring effects of our products on your skin. Our products are of the highest quality. There have hardly been any complaints in the 40 years we have been producing these products.
So we may be proud of this achievement!

The packaging may nevertheless be damaged, although we want to limit this as far as we can. It is of course up to you. If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the right to return them. The terms & conditions for our returns are given below.

1. You have the right to cancel the agreement without giving any reasons within a time period of 14 days. The right to cancel can only be exercised by the person who placed the original order.

2. The right to cancel expires 14 days after you, or a third party assigned by you, who is not the transporter, have physically received the goods.

3. In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must send PANNOC NV, Lammerdries Oost 23, 2250 Olen an unambiguous message (e.g. by post, fax or email) to inform us of your decision to exercise your right to cancel the agreement. You can use the template cancellation form, but you do not have to.
Please only complete and submit this template cancellation form if you wish to cancel the agreement. The document or another letter can be sent by letter to PANNOC, Lammerdries Oost 23, 2250 Olen, by email to weborder@pannoc.eu or by fax on +32 (0) 14 23 14 10

4. All that is required to meet the time period for cancellation is a letter from you that states you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the statutory time period has expired.

5. The right to cancel can only be exercised if the products are returned in a complete, undamaged state, in the original, unopened packaging with all documents present and therefore in a perfectly resalable condition. PANNOC will check the condition of any returned products.

6. If you cancel the agreement, all payments you have made up to that point, excluding shipping costs, will be returned to you as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement and we have received the returned products. We will return your payment by transfer to your personal account, and you will not be charged any fees for this process.

7. You must return the products to us in a complete, undamaged state, in the original, unopened packaging with all documents present and in a perfectly resalable condition, together with the packing slip and the returns form no more than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to cancel the agreement. The return will be on time if you return the products before the 14-day period has expired.

8. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.
